Founded in December 1999 by Mr. Benjo Cruz, Maligayang Paslit has become an annual gift giving and fun filled Christmas event for children in the town of Bambang, Bulacan. Maligayang Paslit is a member of the National Youth Commission and receives donations from community members to ensure that an annual event is organized for children and youth in Bambang.
Maligayang Paslit has become a successful project for Isa Mundo Foundation. The Foundation first sponsored the event in 2006 by donating gifts and supplies and became a permanent funding partner and sponsor of Maligayang Paslit in 2007.
In December 2008, the event attracted over 500 participants who enjoyed a day of games, food, entertainment, gifts and laughter.
Isa Mundo is committed to continue expanding and improving the event to make a difference in the lives of children and youth in Bambang.
